Welcome to Safety Pays Consulting Company! With a strong foundation in trades and commercial operations, I’m dedicated to helping businesses create safer workplaces where employees thrive and profits grow.

Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the construction industry, I gained firsthand experience and a profound understanding of high-risk work environments. My father’s exceptional safety record in our family business inspired my passion for occupational safety. This led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Eastern Kentucky University, followed by a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver. I am also a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST).

My career journey has been diverse and rich in experience. I’ve worked in commercial and residential construction,  nuclear power generation, and environmental and industrial protection. One of the highlights of my career was supporting construction safety for a major amusement company in Orlando, Florida, where I honed my skills in a dynamic and demanding environment.

My approach is to be your partner and treat your company as if it were my own. I believe in understanding the “why” behind the scenes before making recommendations. By getting to know the employees I am trying to influence, I aim to create a personal and engaging experience that drives meaningful change. My goal is to ensure that every employee has the opportunity to experience safety at the highest level, and that businesses recognize how a safer workplace enhances their bottom line.
